Patient History
The patient scheduled an online consultation, sending a 3D scan and photos of her teeth. After reviewing them, it became clear that the situation was complex: in the posterior regions of both the lower and upper jaws, there were roots of damaged teeth that would need to be replaced with implants, and one of the front teeth required extraction. Additionally, the deep yellow color of the remaining teeth also needed correction.

Treatment
In the first stage, non-viable teeth were extracted, and a sinus lift (bone grafting in the upper jaw) was performed. At the same time, implants were placed in the anterior region, followed by the placement of temporary crowns, which allow for a comfortable rehabilitation period and preparation for the final prosthetic restoration.

Result
After four months, once the implants had integrated, the patient’s corrected smile was digitally modeled, and zirconia crowns on implants and aesthetic ceramic veneers on all remaining teeth were fabricated. The patient requested a straight and highly aesthetic smile. For this reason, a light but natural-looking shade was chosen for the restorations.
