Patient history
The patient came to us with complaints about previously placed prostheses that looked unaesthetic. She asked us to achieve a beautiful, natural result, align her smile line, and make her teeth symmetrical. One of her main requests was to preserve her existing teeth.
Treatment
The treatment plan was as follows: first, we removed the old prostheses, treated the remaining teeth, placed implants in the area of missing teeth in the lower left jaw, and provided temporary crowns during the healing period of the implants.
Result
After three months, we restored all the teeth in the lower jaw with zirconia bridges supported by both teeth and implants. The upper teeth were restored with zirconia prostheses, metal-free crowns, and veneers, resulting in an even, symmetrical smile with a brighter and more attractive shade.
