Case History
The patient visited SHEDO Dental Clinic complaining of aesthetic concerns and discomfort while chewing. The initial situation was as follows: severe periodontitis, bleeding gums, loose teeth, and significant misalignment of the teeth.
Treatment
We performed comprehensive implant placement on both jaws using the “All-on-6” technique: implants were placed and temporary metal-acrylic dentures were fabricated. Even at this stage, the patient had a beautiful and functional smile, free from pain and discomfort.
Result
The patient now faces a period of adjustment and the transition to permanent restorations. The photo shows an interim, temporary result.
