History
The patient went to the SHEDO clinic complaining of destroyed and missing teeth of the upper jaw. Main wishes: to restore the chewing function and improve the aesthetics of the smile.
Treatment
Initial clinical situation: partial tooth decay and absence, marked functional and aesthetic discomfort.
Result
The result after the surgical and orthopedic stages: an All-on-6 operation was performed and a temporary metalacrylic prosthesis was fixed. In the shortest possible time, the patient received new teeth, restored chewing efficiency and aesthetics of a smile. A temporary prosthesis will allow you to adapt and undergo the stage of osseointegration of implants, and after 6-12 months it will be replaced with a permanent structure. Next, implantation and prosthetics of the lower jaw are planned.
