History
The patient presented with a significant problem: loose teeth in the upper and lower jaws as a result of periodontitis.
Treatment
First stage of treatment: Surgery was performed on the upper jaw using the All-on-6 protocol, and a temporary metal-acrylic prosthesis was fitted.
Result
Second stage of treatment: implants were placed in the lower jaw as well, and the patient received a full set of teeth. Immediate loading protocols were used, allowing the patient to quickly restore both aesthetics and function. In the future, the temporary prostheses will be replaced with permanent restorations. This comprehensive approach restores patients’ confidence, health, and comfort for many years to come.
