Case History
The patient came to SHEDO Dental Clinic with a problem in the front teeth area. Since this is the “smile zone,” aesthetics are of the utmost importance.
Treatment
Since it was not possible to save central incisors 11 and 21, a decision was made to extract them and perform immediate implant placement. Temporary crowns were fabricated and placed as quickly as possible.
Result
Three months later, following successful osseointegration of the implants, the final stage was completed: Metal-free crowns on custom zirconia abutments were fabricated for implants 11 and 21, and the old ceramic restorations on lateral incisors 12 and 22 were replaced with new ones. The photos show the progression from the initial condition to the final result.
