Case History
The patient presented with complaints of old, unsound crowns and partially missing teeth. This caused both aesthetic and functional problems and affected her quality of life.
Treatment
In the first stage, comprehensive implant placement and prosthetic restoration were performed on the lower jaw using the All-on-6 technique. Temporary prostheses allow for adaptation and also help correct aesthetics and bite alignment. In the second stage, prosthetics were placed on the upper jaw.
Result
After the adaptation period, the temporary prostheses were replaced with permanent metal-ceramic prostheses. This step-by-step approach allows the patient to keep their teeth throughout the entire treatment. Permanent metal-ceramic restorations ensure durability, reliability, and excellent aesthetics.
