History
The patient complained about the absence of chewing teeth in the upper jaw on the left. She was also concerned about the change in the shape and size of the remaining teeth. The treatment was carried out comprehensively and in stages.
Treatment
At the first surgical stage, the failed teeth were removed and implants were installed. Then temporary crowns were made based on the installed implants. Three months after dental implantation, the second stage, diagnostic modeling, was performed. During this stage, we modeled the patient's future smile and performed temporary restorations on all the teeth of the upper and lower jaws.
Result
At the third stage, after a two-month adaptation period, temporary restorations were replaced with permanent metal-free structures. As a result of the integrated approach, it was possible to completely restore the aesthetics and functionality of the dental system. The patient regained a full-fledged smile and improved ability to chew food. This had a positive effect on her quality of life. Thus, the treatment effectively solved the problem of missing chewing teeth and changing the shape of the rest, improving both the appearance and functional parameters of the oral cavity.
