History
The patient presented with a pronounced problem in the upper jaw: most of the teeth were destroyed, and some were completely missing. It made it difficult to chew and embarrassing when smiling.
Treatment
In the first photo ("before"), you can see the clinical situation before treatment. The second photo shows the result after an All-on-6 surgery and the installation of a temporary metalacrylic prosthesis.
Result
The patient received a non-removable orthopedic structure, which gave her the opportunity to chew comfortably and smile confidently. After a period of adaptation and osseointegration of the implants, the temporary prosthesis will be replaced with a permanent one. This approach allows us to comprehensively solve functional and aesthetic problems in the shortest possible time.
